The best thing about your service is the people. Bethany and her teams have done exceptionally good work today and the previous two weeks. Unfortunately, various teams have varying levels of competence. A rating of '10' can be earned by high quality and consistency every week.

Do you do a deep Spring cleaning? I noticed that a lot of my shoes have dust on them a long with the racks they sit on in my walk in closet. Do you also ever use a stiff broom to loosen dirt along the base boards then vacumed up the dust? Anyway, what would that cost or can you skip doing something else and concentrate on that once.

Both Kailee and Jay are doing a great job in cleaning our home! We appreciate both of them coming to our home for the cleaning each time.

Although my place is not large and it probably doesn't present a serious challenge for professional cleaners, I certainly can tell when the Maids have been here. There are several things that are important to me.

The few times I have left special requests or instructions they have been honored.

The products used do not leave lingering odors or residue.

But the most important is that the Maids obviously respect my place and the things in it. I feel comfortable enough to have them working in my place while I am not there. In fact, I prefer it that way. No one really likes having someone looking over their shoulder when they work.

Oh yes, last but not least, thanks for the phone call.

I will say that it seems that since the first of the year the already very good service has even improved.
