I have had other individuals clean my home and I wasn't as satisfied as I am with Merry Maids. With Merry Maids you are provided with a list of what they do each time so you know what is being done. I like the accountability. The girls that clean my house do an outstanding job and I am so glad they were chosen to clean for me.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

There have been times when I wonder if a particular thing was done... floor swept, cleaned? Did they sweep/clean under tables? For the most part I'm satisfied, but besides saving me cleaning time, my husband was hoping Merry Maids would do a better job than I would.

They could be a little more observant. Corners,tops of refrigerators around drains in the sinks...little things like that which to me is not little but on a whole they were good. Had to point out things to them at times.

The maid was on time and worked as hard as anyone possibly could the entire time she was here. The products she used cleaned my house and left me with a home to be proud of. I hope Tonya is available for my next cleaning.
