I am very pleased with the service and products. Melissa is usually the person that comes to clean for me. She is very friendly and very efficient and thorough. I love the lemon oil that is used on the furniture and the cinnamon spray. Anytime that I have had any issues whatsoever with the service it was very promptly and satisfactorily handled.

Tracie does a great job and is extremely professional.

When she is unable to come, the other ladies do a good job, but not as much attention to detail as Tracie.

I did like the young girl, Robin and how respectful and kind she was. She did a great job.The only recommendation I would make to you guys is that your process of getting set up. I kept on waiting for a sheet that I would mark for my cleaning. I ended up taking the time and mentally walking through what needed to be done. My schedule was a bit tight last week and I really needed someone to keep it more simple. However, with that said, I still liked the job and it was done well.

I am so pleased with the two great ladies that come every other week and leave my home squeaky clean!!! They are prompt, pleasant and get right to work doing an excellent job each time. Rosa and Velma are a perfect team and have spoiled us to ever use anyone else!!

We like the reliability and the way we can work out any problems we might have with a scheduled day. We also love the looks of our hard wood floors, they are always shiny and have no sticky feeling. The ladies who have been here since we started with the service are always pleasant and efficient.
