I have dogs, they are my babies and spoiled rotten. I have 4 and they adore her. I have a Yorkie that knows what day she is coming and will watch for her at the window. I have a older Malamute that does like to walk on the marble floor so Angela arranges the carpet a certain way so she can always walk down the hall and go to her bed. She has always gone above and beyond to me and I honestly don't know what I would do without her and the Merry Maids!

I think the services and the ladies cleaning is excellent. However, I am concerned about two situations, which I am sure are not the fault of ladies cleaning: 1. No consistent schedule (i.e. I have a difficult time programming my day, as I never know when they will arrive). 2. Adequate staffing (i.e. doing more with less is both hard on personnel and takes more time to be accomplished to the standards that Merry Maids adheres to). I am sure you are aware of the above points and must be experiencing high personnel turnover caused by moves, etc. However, just wanted to let you know I am aware and have been flexible.

The ladies that have come to my home have been friendly, helpful, the last two left without me getting to thank them for their work but the help the gave me with my dog. They are always prepared, do not waste time and I appreciate their attitude as well as the job they do for me.
