I like that an effort is made to send the same crew each time. I am more at ease with familiar faces. But now that you mention it, I hate the cleaner they use in the microwave....possibly it's the same thing they use throughout the kitchen, but when heated, the odor is nauseating and causes me to not-use the appliance for hours after they leave.

I appreciate the fact that if someone is un able to come on my cleaning day, there is someone else in her place.
I also appreciate the flexibility of being able to with a ate, when needed, and being accommodated so readily.
The products do the job!

The women who have come have been very pleasant. They do a good job, come promptly at the agreed upon time and work efficiently. I do not, however, want you to share my name to promote Merry Maids.

Very reliable...do a good job at cleaning

The women are efficient, well trained, bring their own equipment and work as soon as they enter
my house. They clean more than I expected, i.e., they use pledge on the exterior doors of my kitchen
cupboards. I enjoy a clean house when they leave.

When you polish the furniture the dust seems to take longer to settle on it. I can no longer vacuum and your commercial strength machines do a job that lasts.

I like the way the house smells when I come home and I like coming home to a clean house...too bad it's not that way every day! :D
