i like everything about it...they only thing i do not like is the 48 hour cancellation policy- i received a call that the services were cancelled because of an upcoming snow storm...it was the day prior...
also- i am every two weeks so that threw off the whole system...so instead of coming the friday they were supposed to they came the next friday. Not a big deal but then it was scheduled in the book that i had a cleaning appt the week after that which i was told would be hard to rearrange

supply cleaning supplies and the girls are very nice. the only thing I would ask is if they can make sure they clean the counter behind the kitchen sink and dust blinds a little better. even though, I think they do a great job.
