I would recommend you have your workers to use Murphy's Soap on wood floors instead of soap and water or just water. I had to go over my wood floors afterward with a wood protector to restore its shine. But I appreciated the young lady's work as she rolled back the area rugs to clean the floor.

Merry maids cleaned up my house that had major dust from a renovation we had in my house and had all walls floors and other objects very clean. They even cleaned barstools I had in my hallway that I thought I had to throw away due to all the dust. I would definitely be using them when I need a major cleaning.
