IT was so nice to have the house clean all at the same time. This is the first time in my life I have ever had anyone clean my house.

Generally the merry maid team arrives on time and they don't slack off they CLEAN for around an hour and a half each visit and leave the home with a list of everything they did. I would like to see a little more time each visit to ensure a thorough cleaning of every room. I understand each visit isn't a deep cleaning but I think a bit more attention to detail will change this 9 to a 10.

Have had the same two helpers for three consecutive times. They are polite, talk with me, and seem to care about their work and my home. Thank you.

I like that the team brings its own equipment & cleaning products. Additionally, I like that you are continuing to expand on services offered by partnering with other companies on window cleaning, etc.

One area for improvement is the cleaning products used. These should be continually evaluated as in many cases, there are better/more effective products available for purchase.

Phyllis is extremely professional and diligent in performing the requested cleaning services. It is apparent that she enjoys providing the service and she is very skilled in performing the services. I believe the products she used are probably better than the products I buy off the shelf and they surely smell better and are less offensive to my sensitive nose!

Merry Maids is very professional. The services is very consistent and they are able to complete or skip any additional items. They are very flexible, even when I have something come up at the last minute.

I appreciate having the same two people in my home every other week - I want to get to know them and for them to know what my needs are. Jennifer and Tashina are very pleasant and efficient. If I point something out to them that I want done differently, they have been willing to accomodate me. Additionally, I appreciate working with a company that is licensed and bonded.
I'm not familiar with the products used, so can not speak to them except to say my house seems clean when Jennifer and Tashina are done
