I like that they come in when I am at work and when I get home everything is perfect.
I would not mind cleaning my house if I had the time. But when I work and cleaning the house takes up my little "free time", I tend to resent it.

The pieces of furniture that seem to attract all the dust in the house to those 2-3 spots have not attracted as much since Merry Maids used their product on the furniture. When we come home we can smell that the house has been disinfected which is our calming point as we know they have come and gone. Before we would come home and do a rush job on certain spots before bed or while trying to make dinner or fold laundry. Now we can relax if only for minutes.

I like that the teams work thoroughly but quickly, and they are always very pleasant to deal with, very conscientious.

The lemon oil on the furniture !

I do not like the streaks on the outside of windows in the shower. Some corners were not scrubbed on the hardwood floors. Thanks for asking me about my reaction.

Love these girls. They do everything asked of them with no complaints. My house looks wonderful when they leave.

The girls are efficient, are familiar with my home and I know what time they will arrive and leave.

They are consistent with their service. They are oberservant and know when something is out of place. They work as a team.

Overall the service is good but there is too much variation between cleaning. In addition, some crews break things in our home.

It was just so clean. Being a full time nursing student and a husband who works long hours with a toddler, cleaning falls to the wayside so this is a great help to keep my house clean
