Everything smells clean and looks bright. And all curtains, nick-knacks, appilances are put back in their proper place.

The cleaners were very efficient in their approach and execution of the cleaning. Overall i was satisfied with their performance.

The one area that they could improve on is with the toilers. One of the toilets has a lime scaling from the hard water that they were unable to remove. The use of a pumas stone would have done the job. The pumas stone when used with water will not hurt the porcelain. That sold add that item to their cleaning equipment.

Good scent to cleaning products. Rotating featured area are a good idea.

Every thing is clean and the products don't harm anything.

I really appreciate Merry Maids flexibility in scheduling. I travel out of town frequently and often have to change my cleaning dates to match my changing schedule.

There was an incomplete cleaning, so I called them asked to what our specific requests. They stopped by next day and covered those areas.
