We have been using Merry Maids for our regular cleaning for about 9 months and have been very satisfied! We also recently moved out of our rental house and had them do the move out clean. Chaunda did a fantastic job and we got our full deposit back! The landlord said that she had never had a place as clean as it was upon move out. Thank you!

I have been using Merry Maids of Athens on a weekly basis since I moved to Georgia from California (which has been 3 months). I am very pleased with their services and the products they use in my home. I would recommend them to anyone of my family members or friends!

I must admit that I have been so busy trying to get all the furnishings for my home that I have been remiss in giving credit where credit is due. If I could give retro stars for the weeks I have missed I would give Tess and Rae 25 stars for the approximate 5 weeks I have missed and then a bonus 25 points because they are that good!!!

Tess and Rae have been the main team at our home and they are sure to let anyone that may assist them know exactly what our wishes are. They make our home sparkle and smell so fresh!! I can trust them in my home even if I am not here!! They are friendly, professional, diligent, hard working and they truly want me to be happy with their work. They continue to check in with me to make sure I am happy and encourage me to give them feedback, whether it be positive or negative, because they want to be the best at what they do. That will take them far in life!!

MM was unbelievably flexible with my request – I gave them almost no notice of my need, and they were able to adapt their schedule in order to meet it. And the work was stellar. This is the only company I will use for needs within their area.

The cleaners worked hard and the house was very clean when they left. Customer service was also excellent.

The cleaning products are natural and safe and do the job. My house always has a nice fresh smell after a visit by the team. And it’s nice to have a scheduled visit on a specific day each month.

I like the cinnamon scented products but have not noticed them lately.

They are Prompt and Let you know in advance when they are on their way. The Merry Maids always ask if there was anything else I wanted them to clean that they weren't doing.After the service, you are able to rate your experience with the Merry Maids. I have no complaint about the products they use except there is no fresh and clean smell when they finish. I only say this because the last maid I had, when she finished cleaning , left a clean and fresh smell due to the products she used.
