I would have appreciated a by from last time of service even though I didn't notify since I was out of town again and was caring for a family member in NY and had forgotten to call because I came home the night before.I was totally exhausted from caring for sister who had surgery and her 7 mo. old grandson who weighed 24lbs. and moved my niece during the snow blizzard. had notified you of time before for the girls to dead bolt door then and time just flew by. My house was still clean from previous time since I was gone for a month. Hope you do not ever have an emergency in your family. I have not reneged on payment and have had nothing but pleasure to come home. I may be hesitant to recommend since you sir were not flexible in this situation. I had already recommended you to several people.
