The employees who arrive at my home are professional and friendly. Their attention to detail in the cleaning process is wonderful. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I so enjoy the phone call the day prior to service so I can plan my day. On occasion I have had to request a change of day or time in advance and the office was very helpful and accommodating. In the many years my home has been cleaned by MerriMaids there was one item broken. The honesty of the staff leaving a note to inform me was greatly appreciated. In calling office they too had been informed and were eager to make things right. Honesty is an attribute I regard highly it says more about an organization than anything in this day and age. I would highly recommend MerriMaids so impressed with all aspects of the business. First name removed P.

I like that the teams are usually on time, very thorough and use products that are eco-friendly.
Just about everything was prefect. My only complaint is they had to send a crew backnout the next day because they forgot to clean a room. Other than the forgetfulness I'd recommend their services.
