Friendly, fast and competent staff! Liked that they used their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Cleaning solution smelled good and clean not perfumy or chemical smelling.

Merry Maids were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond for me and my 91 year old mom. I had taken her to Florida to live near me the week before your service so was unable to clean up after moving her stuff. We had an estate sale that weekend and they left everything a mess. The Merry Maids picked up clothes and other discarded items and vacuumed thoroughly, so the carpet cleaners could come the next day. Because of their outstanding work, the home was presentable and sold the next week!
My house has never been cleaner; everything is always put back in its place; the things that I don't have time to clean, they handle every time; if something isn't quite right, MM takes the suggestions well and is accommodating to make adjustments. Response time to questions or changes is immediate. Although it is a little more money it is well worth it and I am much more satisfied with the service provided than an individual maid service.

We liked that there was no smell or odor from the products used. We did not find anything that had not been touched and cleaned by the ladies. Everything was in order and in its place after cleaning. I know that we keep our house pretty tidy and clean, but it's the things like blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, French doors and windows that are hard to get done.
