I'm old; plus, sick of cleaning house upon reaching 70+ years of age. Merry Maids has been satisfactorily cleaning our house every two weeks for several years now. The cleaning is done more thoroughly than I could do nowadays so I'm overjoyed with the service. If a time should come that something is left undone & makes me unhappy, I'll phone & complain.

I like the complete cooperation that the Merry Maids give me. For instance, if I would like to change the way they do something, all I have to do is mention it and they willingly and cheerfully make the change without hesitation.

I am o.k. with the products used. I can always ask that they not use a product if I have an objection to it.

My Merry Maids team is very dependable, always does a good job, and I feel so pampered when they are gone and my house looks and smells so good. Thank you, Merry Maids.

Polite and kind but come in to do a good job and they do not talk and visit between themselves. They go out of their way to follow directions and get it all done as timely as possible. They are trustworthy.

Everything was perfectly clean and the ladies were amazing!

The products work and the Merry Maids take their time and are careful in all areas. They concentrate on getting things done and done well .

Merry Maids arrive every two weeks & clean 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, sunroom, mop ceramic tile floors & vacuum carpet-- all that I have done for many years. Now near 80 yrs. old, my husband & I appreciate the MM ladies & they do a great job. I would never complain unless little or nothing was done in their time here.

Merry Maids have dependable teams, do quality work, are friendly. I never worry whether or not they will show, and it is always a treat to walk in to a delightful fragrance and a sparkling clean house.

By their attitude and friendliness, the Merry Maids always let me know that they are here to please me and to do things exactly the way I like them done. They are immediately receptive to any suggestion, and they often ask me for my preference about how things are done.
The two ladies who come to my house are experienced and know how to perform their duties in the most efficient way. I also like the fact that Merry Maids bring whatever equipment is used and furnish the cleaning products.

One thing I asked to be deleted from their routine was spraying the highly-scented room freshener. It was too overwhelming to me.

During our several years of service, all Merry Maids have been kind, respectful & friendly. Only one complaint about a product.....there are times that whatever is used on ceramic tile kitchen & bathroom floors is sticky, even after drying. And, not at all cleanings, so don't know why sometimes & not always. Merry Maids always willing to adjust schedule whenever that's been necessary. We are thankful for all you do.
