Toney e is amazing. She takes plenty of time to do a great job and I feel comfortable knowing that she is doing her best to get my haircut the way I want it. She also does not rush through the MVP. She spends time not just shampooing the hair but also giving a scalp massage. I appreciate her efforts and my wife says my hair looks great. All the stylist are amazing and friendly and I have never had a bad experience.
Ease of scheduling using the app. I like to be able to see who’s working and if one of the stylist I like is available. The price is fair. Barber shops charge as much or more and do not provide the hair washing.
Scheduling/joining the line up and monitoring progress is very easy with the app and Miranda always does a fantastic job with hair and beard trim.
I like how welcoming the staff is and are not too pushy with selling their products and services but let you know what is available to you in an informative way.
I like being able to schedule my visit, the prompt service thus received, and the excellent haircut I get from both Danielle and Victoria.
I was taken ahead of the expected time and the stylist was very pleasant and very detailed in understanding the haircut I was looking for.

Victoria was amazing and super friendly. She did a great job explaining everything she was doing and was gentle with sensitive areas of my neck/scalp when cutting and washing. She was the best!
You should remind your clients who the hairstylist was that cut their hair. Who was it? Fantastic cut but I don’t know how to schedule with them again.
