I find the service very reliable -- products are good as everything is clean but no heavy chemical smells are left behind. I lilke the notes they leave for me each time they come. As I am at work when they come to my house, I like finding the notes when I come home. Also, everything is put back in place if moved. Very reliable service, and I have recommended it strongly to friends of mine.
