I didn't stay while they cleaned so I don't know what products they used but everything looked beautiful and they did an excellent job. Everything smelled so fresh and clean without any harsh or chemical smells.
The cleaning personnel are polite, fairly efficient and fairly thorough. I'm happy to have them in my home.
I appreciate the rotation of deep cleaning and the oversight of new teams. However, it would be nice to see the same team clean our home as much as possible.
