There are so many things I like about Merry Maids. One of the things is that they use their own equipment and cleaning products. Another thing is that they are good about sending me reminders of when they are coming. Once they are here, they don't waste time, and when they leave, I know my home is clean. Merry Maids is a professional service, and I have only praise for how they clean my home.
The communication, services, and those performing the services were always wonderful. The job was always done well and all of the ladies that came to clean our home were so nice. This was such a huge thing to take off of my plate and it was so appreciated.
I appreciate the thorough job that the individual or team does each time and how there is always a focus area. I also appreciate that when I forget to prep an area, they do their best to work with it anyway.
I like the cleaning products. They smell nice. I like the service. My Merry Maid , Kristen, does a very thorough job. She always arrives on time or early. She’s very pleasant and helpful.
I like Rebecca in the office. She’s so accommodating. Any time I need help with scheduling she does a great job.
Efficient workers, friendly but professional
The team was so lovely to have in my home. They were polite respectful and communicated very well. They left my home super clean and just lifted away off of my shoulders because now it's something I'm no longer stressed about. Haley a nd Bethany are a great team and I highly recommend them.
