I just like coming home to a "clean" home. I work fulltime and do not have enough hours in the day to do much more than, cook, do dishes and do laundry. It's a gift I give myself and skip the hair, makeup and nails.

I like The same people to clean each time. Usually it’s Amanda and someone else. I do not like it when only one person comes to clean. I feel like I’m not getting what I paid for! Amanda always does a good job!
I like the consistency of the cleaning service in that it is scheduled for me and i can depend on the fact that they will be here at a certain time and day of the week. I also like the fact that the cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the company. The girls that do the service are always courteous, and very anxious to please. They are professionals and do an excellent job.

Help normally does a thorough cleaning. Only twice in the 6 years have they been less than satisfactory in my opinion.

The Merry Maids are always on time and very cheerful. If I have a special request, they are always willing and happy to help me. My very favorites are the team of Kaitlyn and Kaitlyn (not sure if I've spelled their names correctly), who were here last week and just really did an excellent job. Please make sure that they are my regular team.

I like the fact that I can count on having the service scheduled at the same time every other week and know that I will have a cleaning team that does a thorough job. I have had Merry Maids for about three years and I have been very satisfied with the service. I also like the fact that they bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies.
