I was very happy with my last cleaning. I remember many years ago there was an amazing smell that the maids used..it was kinda a cinnamon fresh type smell. Is is possible to uses a little more scent when you clean?

The girls did a great job. There were only a couple of things I had a question about. I think they missed the ceiling fan in the master bedroom (it's the only fan in the house so that is understandable). And then they didn't move the couch to sweep underneath it (that may not be something they are allowed to do...not sure). Otherwise they did a great job.

To be honest, Merry Maids has only been to our house once (this past Wednesday)so I only have one experience to comment on. It might be best to send this in a couple of months. The first time cleaning was a good experience.

Reliable. Different people at different times means everything gets done sometime. Kitchen is always sparkling. Bathrooms are always clean and usually sparkling clean. Everyone is friendly and polite.

Maids do a very thorough job and I happen to be there are very friendly.

We love Michelle and Shannon! They are the best! They go out of their way to make our home clean and it sparkles each time they come. I especially like the wood floor cleaner. We have circle sawn wood floors and the cleaner leaves a beautiful finish.

I had Merry Maids clean my house in Bozeman a couple years ago and they did a great job. I had them do a thorough cleaning job in July and my renters said it was a very good job too. They are very congenial, helpful and even arranged to have the carpets cleaned in the house. That was very helpful as I am 500 miles away from Bozeman. I definitely would recommend them.

I requested an estimate for our move-out cleaning. The company owner came on time, performed the estimate, and indicated that the estimate would be the final change. That was very helpful. Three Merry Maid cleaners came to clean my house right on time and did an excellent job. I was very pleased.
