Exceptional work ethic, the Merry Maids Team was very professional and polite when speaking with each other and the customer. The team members worked together to figure out how to accomplish difficult tasks. I would certainly have them return in the future.

I like the interaction between me and the “maids’ as to when they think arrival time will be and then up dates on when coming — if this is the first time on my house the new individuals are checked on by someone. They have always done a good job on my house.

Some of the products don’t smell neutral.
Sometimes it smells like an aquarium but that’s better than ultra floral.

I like that they always let me know when they’re coming. I am also very fond of Ashlee who comes and does my house. She does such a great job. Any slight complaints that I had Were taken care of immediately back when my service was first started.
