They always are flexible and willing to work around our schedule. They call with appointment reminders and do a great job of cleaning. We use them for our son's house at OU. There are 5 boys and 2 bathrooms! Yikes! They go in no problem. I only wish they would take the trash bag out to the trashcan when done. I give them a 10.

I've used Merry Maids for some time now and I can't think of anything negative to say. Angie is here most of the time and she is wonderful. She always remembers my do's and don't's. I hope you never lose her. Your products are great too! I have COPD and sometimes heavy smelling products really bother my breathing but so far I've never had any problems with your products.
