I liked when you sent a team of two. I felt I was getting my money's worth and there was no doubt the cleaning was thorough. After one person comes and goes, I notice some places missed and there is dust still present. The person did very well, but being only one person, there was bound to be something missed. My home has been cleaner and neater since Merry Maids have been coming and I"m happy to continue when we work out some of the "speed bumps".

I like knowing I have a clean house. I don’t like harsh cleaning products or their lingering odors. I don’t worry about that with Merry Maids.

The products worked very well. No strong smells. The team that came (Sonnet & Sadey) worked efficiently and did an excellent job. We are very pleased and look forward to their visit this month.

We were totally impressed beginning with our first introduction to Merry Maids' services when Mo personally came to our house to assess our needs and presented the plan options to meet those needs. Her outgoing and professional attitude and honesty earned our trust immediately.
We also liked the fact that the person coming to clean our house (I'm sorry. I can't remember her name at this time) called the morning of and told us what time she would arrive.

They did a top-notch job, even cleaning our fireplace tools, which TOTALLY IMPRESSED MY HUSBAND!!! Their attention to detail was superb. The services we received for the total fee was worth it and definitely better than jobs we have had done in the past by other cleaning professionals.
