Hiring a big company like Merry Maids has some perks such as the very formulaic Merry Maids cleaning approach they follow so every surface gets touched and nothing gets missed. Plus, they show up on time, in a company van wearing uniforms. Perhaps my favorite part is that on the initial walk-through they take photos of exactly how you like everything, from the way your pillows are stacked to the way the towels are folded. Those little details make all the difference to me. So, it's all the corporate perks with the benefit of working with very nice local owners. I text the owners and send photos when needed and they are incredibly professional and responsive. As you can probably tell, I'm a really big fan and I've recommended them to all my friends!
It's difficult for me to say because I have your services for my sister, Name removed, and since I live in Lincoln, CA, I haven't really been to her apartment enough to judge your services completely. When I have been there everything seemed fine and I haven't had any complaints from First name removed although her seeing disability makes it hard for her to make any judgments.
