In my years with Merry Maids, I find them providing great cleaning services, affordable pricing, and on-time arrival. I am very happy with Merry Maid staff, especially Sandra who has always conducted business in a most friendly and courteous manner. Very rarely do we experience a cleaning issue, but when we do and Sandra is notified, she oversees that the issue is taken care. She also does a follow-up to insure the issue was taken care of to our liking. Having been a Manager in the business world for many years, I find her work ethic to be second to none.

Employees are professional and curtious. Most services are included as part of your regular cleanings. Any problems are resolved promptly and with concern for your customers.
Quick and friendly. Always ask exactly what we want cleaned. The cleaning products seem to work OK and I really like the vacuumn they use. Very good work and it looks like a model home when they finish.
I like the steam cleaner for the floors. I do not think that the cleaner that is used on the shower is stong enough.

The ladies were friendly but worked hard. One thing that was impressive to me was the products used did not have a strong smell. When the girls left, the house just smelled nice.
Effeciency
The house looked and smelt clean until I looked in the trash and found that they were not emptied. Also there was no communication about a WOW being done. I didn't notice anything extra so I'd assume it wasn't done

The ladies that have come to my home home have been courteous and professional. Also whenever the ladies are cleaning they are comfortable about working around my cat and older dog.

My long time experience has been that Merry Maids staff have and maintain a reputation for quality services and their reliability is second to none. Merry Maids staff care about providing a consistent, thorough clean each and every time. I also like that we can ask Merry Maids use our products in certain areas of the house, and signing a release form is no biggie.

My lovely house keeper always makes us feel special by doing little extras every time so comes. She's always on time and the house is beautiful when she leaves. Her services have been especially helpful because I recently went back to work from being on maternity leave. Now on my days off I can spend more time with my family instead of worrying about cleaning my floors and bathrooms. Amber is very personable and easy to talk to, she even agreed to hold my little one as I switched over the laundry. I wish I could just move her in with us!!! I really wanted our garbage emptied and my bed stripped but I understand that it is not possible due to OSHA standards and my husband's need to inject insulin. It doesn't make sense to me that if he does not use the bed that the bed cannot be stripped.
