The ladies we very nice and efficient. Everything smelled and looked clean.
I love that each room gets cleaned from top to bottom, left to right. Everything is put back right where it belongs. I had my refrigerator cleaned & all items were exactly where they belonged! I always smile when I walk in on cleaning day & the house smells fresh & clean & just sparkles! I have my sheets changed & the bed is made perfectly. The products used are not harsh & have that fresh smell. I am completely comfortable having "the crew" in my home while I am gone! The girls are great. However the idea of giving them one bucket for two girls is really dumb.

I like that they are green products since I have a cat, and I like that she comes at the same time every other week, so I know when to expect her and it's always the same person.
Love how my house carpets look after they are vacuumed, seems to be a great quality vacuum used. Thank you, and the clean smell after is always gratifying.

We love how polite and respectful the "maids" are. They do a very good job and are still very fast. The products they use do a great job and smell good too. Not strong or institutional at all. I think the vacuum they use is probably the best ever used in our home. We are very satisfied!

The ladies that came were very nice and worked very hard. They were very professional - not on the phone talking or texting as I have experienced in the past. In the short term the service was more expensive, but as the say, you get what you pay for.
consistency,remembers what I like and do not like. makes it an individual service instead of routine. Jacqueline is perfect ! If I forget to prep something she takes care of it and has made frined with my dogs to make it a pleasant experience for them to see her too.
The products work & smell great! My gal Jenn cleans my home as if it were her own home! She takes great pride in doing a great job. She even noticed clean sheets I had gotten out so I could change my bedding when I got home, & she changed my bedding for me! I applaud her awareness! I love my Merry Maids!
