i love the consistency of service. Not necesarily a fan of the cleaning products -- some have a cinnamon smell that hurts my nose. So, the team uses products I leave. But, love the service!
Like that they are always willing to do what is asked and care about doing a good job. Also nice not to worry about cleaning all the time. Products do a good job, you can always tell when everything has been freshly cleaned.

I like that you bring your own equipment and supplies to clean my home, also that usually the same girl comes at the same time every two weeks. Considering she's only here a couple hours, she does a pretty good job cleaning my big house in that time.
Generally, your service is consistent and sufficient. I/we can see minor places where the cleaning looks rushed. Our only pet peeve is the cords being dragged around corners and leaving black marks which can't be washed...they have to be painted to be completely removed.
