Quick clean and effective
The service was prompt, friendly, professional and very efficient. Exactly what i asked and expected. I was very pleased.
Felipa is priceless and the price for her services is fair. Although my arrival hours have been all over the place and I have had someone else coming with Felipa, I hope this will get back to normal soon....😊
I like top to bottom cleaning,( full service) and that you can add on when needed, and you have your own cleaning products. I wish there was more of a senior discount for people on a fixed pension. I like that your company screens and bonds their employees. I have had only one service at this time and I was happy with the outcome.

To whom it may concern,
To date, our house has been serviced 5 times or so. The first initial time was pretty solid and set a good standard but some slight things were missed.
Nevertheless, all other times have been subpar and missing a lot of things. For example:
- The windowsill’s have not been dusted
- Blinds are haphazardly cleaned and the back is still dusty
- The baseboards have not been cleaned
- It does not appear that they’ve mopped outside of the kitchen
- The refrigerator was streaky
- The glass sliders have not been cleaned
I ensure to clean my house before the service is done, so they can focus on these areas, but they aren’t addressed. While I appreciate that they can accomplish some things, it is quite an expensive service for them not to do these items either consistently, or at all.

You send the same person each cleaning which I like because then they know your home & what to do & they are very friendly & the products are find if I have anything different I let her know it’s a job well done 👍
