I love the way my house smells after the Merry Maids team has been in my house. Everything is fresh and thoroughly cleaned. The team is always friendly and very nice to me. They always ask if there is anything special I want or need done! My favorite thing is the bathrooms and kitchen which absolutely sparkle after they leave. I love Merry Maids ~

When writing out specific detail, the team tries teo comply. Team leaders have a good sense of 'overall' time management. Basically waterless cleaning with safe products.

Services: Owners & staff receptive to suggestions; guidelines fr MM owners & staff presented to client in very helpful, concise & courteous manner. Products are NOT invasive in odor, clean well; willing to use a specialty product provided by me for certain furnishings.

Would appreciate continued awareness of periodic cleaning of overhead fan blades & blinds. They use good vacuums; kit floor last week was a PIT; they cleaned it well; very professional staff & when there is a need to re-direct someone - it gets done. do not share this commentary.
