The service is great. All the products are fine although I would prefer that another product be used on the laminate floors. I don't know exactly what product is used but I would prefer something that is less liquid.

Ursula always does a great job of cleaning our home! Also, whatever she uses to clean the kitchen sink gets it sparkling white (we've tried to do it ourselves and it never looks as good as when she cleans it)
