I really like the quality of the service plus I really like the personalized notes that Peggy leaves me. Because I am always at work when she comes, I have not actually ever met her, but I feel like I know her personally and am so comfortable having her come into my home.
Professional service
I continue to really appreciate the consistency of your service. As far as I know, I have had the same Merry Maids staff person cleaning my home for almost two years now. She does a great job and I never have to worry about times when she is sick or unable to make my normal cleaning day! My commendations especially to Peggy - sorry that I do not know her last name!!!
