If I have a special request about how I want something done, the ladies always help me out. Thanks so much for your outstanding work. It means a lot.

Initially had several issues with 'cleaning' from teams: Items not clean, lost key, asking for tips, raiding the refrigerator for water, asking for snacks, not vacuuming, etc.

BUT NOW we are assigned Patty as the Team captain and everything has been clean and spotless. Patty comes in our home and get right to work. She is very professional. Patty pays close attention to little details and make sure that our home receives the best care. The stairs are vacuumed every week, rugs are shaken and cleaned, furniture is vacuumed, floors and counters are gleaming, cabinets - even the little trim and ledges are dusted and clean. PATTY is the best Merry Maid we have had in our home.

I like that there were rwo people assigned to clean my house. They took under 2 hours. I am disappointed about the 'bona" floor cleaner I requested when I hired Merry Maids. The ladies told me the company did not supply the Bona.,I wish that Tim would have told me that. Also, I didn't get a fresh smell from the products used. No fragrance .

Otherwise, Maria and Taylor did a good job .

Essentially solid cleaning and a very reliable service. At times we have small concerns--for example, a bedroom not cleaned (perhaps because the door was closed?)--and I must say that dusting is not a strength of the crews that clean our house. Generally very good in bathrooms and kitchens. Excellent office support with scheduling, payment, rescheduling as needed.

the girls did a very good job cleaning the house. I found a couple of the plantation shutters not wiped down and a table in the den they also missed but that was it! I was very happy with their work and cleaning. Also, very nice and efficient.

On time, professional staff, same person so that they know exactly what the homeowner likes done in there home! The owners are easy to work with and changes of schedule easily accomedated!!

I really liked the ladies that came to my home, they were super nice, very professional, and considering the dust, pet hair and dirt on my floors that they had to deal with, they did a phenomenal job! I am so glad that I finally decided to do this, and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
