Water services products and installation of our new water tank system a few years ago has been performing excellent. We have always appreciated the "gentlemen" who have come out to service our water system needs both in the kitchen and our water tank in replacing and installing new water systems . Eric serviced us on April 23, 2024 and he has for years too- provided and assisted us with the most courteous, respectful, and professional manner. He has always shown us through his work- that research with that accurate information that does further help customers in knowing exactly what they are getting in water services-installations on new products from Culligan. He always goes above and beyond in making his customers satisfied and content with all services rendered. Punctual and on a timely manner they have shown up and they have answered all of our questions with water concerns etc. Excellent services for years with us! That loyalty, rapport, and those of skillful attributes-knowledge gained- is greatly appreciated and valued. Patient in listening to customers in order to continue in-providing the best-and in also, representing the Culligan Water Co. with those product and service needs in the most professional and humanistic manner. And-we surely need people that are compassionate and caring while-also providing one with service deeds!

Eric is a wonderful technician. He explains everything very well. He diagnoses the problem very quickly and provides options to fit our budget. His work is very good and always solves the problem. In addition Eric is an exceptionally nice gentleman. We now always ask for him when we request a service.
