Easy to schedule, very clean, and professional

I like that Melissa calls me to tell if there have been any changes, or if new personnel will be coming to my home. The newest lady to come to my home was thorough, and gave the house its best cleaning in months (despite having had other Merry Maids personnel to clean).

Even though I did not think my house was that dirty to begin with...when I arrived home everything was sparkling! The most noticeable thing was the window treatments/windows didn't have a spec of dust on those. We have wood blinds which were painted and collect dust with every second that passes by. Grout lines were white as snow and the smell oh the smell was wonderful! It was clean (not Clorox) but clean!!!
