I like that Merry Maids (MM) provides clean mops and rags for each home. It gives me the creeps thinking that a maid would bring in the dirt from another home to spread around in mine. This is very big for me.

Our experience with Merry Maids has been excellence. The same excellent clearer comes every two weeks. If we are traveling, they have been flexible changing our cleaning schedule. The house is always clean and all of our interactions with Victoria have been great.

I like the claim that each room gets a deep clean on a rotation. I wish you guys were better at identifying that room to me, but I appreciate the idea, even if it could be executed better.

Merry Maid employees are personable and cooperative. They work with me in case of illness or schedule conflicts. They are conscientious and I know my house will be clean when they leave.
