Jean is great ! The vacuums need to be stronger. My vacuum picks up a lot more. As far as Jean she is great at what she does, she makes sure the helpers do good job.

The Efficiency of the staff and their friendliness. It was a difficult time for me and my home was filled with caring friends but they managed around us without interfering.

I like the fact that Merry Maids works in teams. That allows for 2-3 housekeepers to tackle the job in 1/2 the time. And d they,do,a good job too.

After the cleaning was complete my house smelled very fresh, my hardwood floors were shiny, this impressed me the most. The overall house was immaculate.

Most miss jean,cressa are so pleasant do good in work! Always ask if I want or need something done different. They make sure I am satisfied with their work....made my life alot eadier!
