I like that Merry Maids do a better job of cleaning my apartment than I could do myself. They clean areas that I could easily overlook. They just do a great job, and I find the price is reasonable.

I like that you hire respectful individuals. I do not feel uncomfortable having these individuals in my home.
Majority of these individuals to an excellent job.
The only down side is that you don't always send the same individual each week. So if the home owner (myself) has something extra that they requested, it sometimes does not happen. If you sent the same individual weekly, there would be more consistency for the home owners.
