Consistency and flexibility
The quality of the cleaning services, attention to detail and customer care is outstanding. Though I have rarely experienced issues over the years when I have had concerns they are quick to respond to and resolve them without dispute. The associates are pleasant and timely, the scheduling team is very flexible and are able to accomodate changes and emergency cleaning. I highly recommend the Merry Maids division that supports my area.

Services are great and consistent - always very clean - I'm not sure what cleaning products are used, but bathroom fixtures are so white/shiny and house smells very clean.
