I like the outstanding customer service that my franchise owner provides - all issues are addressed promptly and professionally, and my calls are handled with courtesy and a high regard for the customer. I also like the fact that I am able to customize the level of service that I want and to be specific about what I want done and how I want it done, and that I am able to specify a particular individual to handle my home every time. Regarding the products used, I believe there is room for improvement. Granite countertops should be cleaned with products specifically made to clean and condition granite without removing the finish. Showers should be cleaned with products that contain bleach to kill the mildew. The products you are using do not remove black mildew stains, and this is important!

No odors

The service is very consistent - excellent. We think very highly of Cheryl and enjoy her coming to our home. During one of Cheryl's cleanings, I had to come home sick and she very quickly did a thorough job on my bedroom and bath FIRST, so I could go to bed. Denise, Franchise owner is incredible - she is so pleasant and gives 100%+ superior customer service and quite obviously runs a solid company.

I like not having to worry about the level or frequency of service. It's very low maintenance from a management perspective... every two weeks it just happens, without any need for direction from me.
