The franchise is managed well, and places a high emphasis on customer satisfaction. I am able to customize the services to meet my particular needs. The staff is friendly, considerate, and most of them are hard workers. I am not satisfied with the products MM uses. I would prefer products made specifically to clean bathroom tile and grout (something with bleach in it to kill mold and mildew). On granite and marble, I prefer products that are specifically made to clean marble and granite (instead of vinegar, which has an unpleasant odor and doesn’t contain any ingredients that seal the stone). I also prefer my hard wood floors to be mopped with Murphy’s Oil soap, a product designed specifically for wood surfaces. I would also like to see MM provide Swifter Dusters. The workers use mine instead, and sometimes they forget to leave it here, taking it with them.

I like having the same ladies come every time, when possible. They take instruction from me about how I would like to see something cleaned and will do additional cleaning where necessary.

All expectations are met every time our house is cleaned. They are on time and we receive excellent communication with regards to arrival time.

So nice to have Marcela & Luz back! I love coming home to a clean-smelling house.
