they do an overall good job on cleaning. The things I do not see them doing or have not been done lately are: (1) dusting vent over cooktop (2) vacuuming furniture (3) cleaning tops of fans (4) emptying garbage under bathroom sinks (5) cleaning glass shelves in master bath (6) cleaning mold from grout in master bath (7) cleaning under buffet in breakfast area.

I would also need to add that I love their cleaning and they work hard but they did break a lot of my plantation shutters in their dusting.

Number one importance for me is TRUST. I trust that the people who enter my home have been checked out by Merry Maids and never worry that something will be stolen. I trust that the person who cleans my home will do a very good job, treating my belongings as if the items were their own. I trust that any comments I have will be personally acknowledged and treated respectfully. (Wish when I mopped, the floors would look at nice as when MM does it for me.)
