The service is prompt and well done.

I like the consistency of the cleaning. Also, don't just clean around objects on counters and on tables; actually, pick up objects and clean the whole surface. Am a little disappointed when certain rooms are highlighted for additional attention. Example: a bathroom or kitchen wall that may have splash marks or toothpaste splatter that doesn't get cleaned off. Same with fronts of cabinets.

I like the fact that natural products are used a lot. I wish I knew how they get my kitchen sink so clean! Your staff always do an excellent job time after time. The two ladies that were here on 12/6 were great! We had a nice visit, too.

The work is well done and on time

Lime/calcium build-up on kitchen faucet was bad. Connie brought, the following week, a "tougher" product. Need to put on her "to-do" list to use that at least once a month. Otherwise, everything has been "A-OK!"

I especially like the thorough job your cleaners do in my bathrooms and kitchen. They do good work everywhere. I also like having one familiar person each time, especially Jake. He worked some magic in my kitchen sink recently, somehow managing to remove the mineral buildup from our hard water.
