As a professional, a teacher by trade, I look for well run organizations when purchasing a service. When I need a cleaning service, I choose Merry Maids, for its consistent, respectful, high quality service, at every level.
Off and on for years, Merry Maids professional cleaning staff has cleaned my home, to my liking. They arrive as a two person team. They follow a binder of parameters with updated consumer priorities. I have never seen any team visibly dismayed regarding a change of plan, or a team disgruntled or shocked by varying home conditions. Upon entering, they ask after immediate concerns, and on hearing, quickly consult, split the tasks and proceed. As work moves on, they regularly check each other's progress, adjust accordingly, and end right on cue, to give me a clean home; one I can enjoy and willingly share with guests. They are professionals in every sense of the word.
Worker level quality and efficiency speak well of Merry Maids' managerial system. It is efficient, organized and appropriate to the needs of the consumer. I have never had a concern or need that Merry Maids' office staff hasn't graciously handled to my satisfaction. Along the same lines, I am certain Merry Maids could not function as well as it does, if it did not also respect its employees.
I encourage Merry Maids to continue the practices already successfully in place. Your well trained, hard working employees deliver a high quality of service much in demand.

I was very impressed with what a good job they did
The ladies, Connie and Jeannette, are thorough and attentive to detail. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Connie has been with us the longest, I'm guessing about 15 years. The continuity has been great. Also, Jackie and Myra are always accommodating when I need to make a change. All in all, I am a very happy customer. When my friends talk negatively about their cleaning service, I always suggest they try Merry Maids. In my opinion, nobody does it better!
