The whole staff was very professional, starting with Nikki the manager to the ladies that did the cleaning. . The ladies that came to my house just got to cleaning and did a great job. They were very efficient and went above my expectations. Thank you so much. This was so helpful to me since I was having a lot of company come and this was less I had to do to get ready.

The ladies are prompt and upbeat and friendly. If asked to pay attention to a certain area, such as windowsills, they do.

Manager takes great care to communicate with me about scheduling, special needs and concerns. Merry Maids helps me keep things in good livable condition since I have physical limitations that make cleaning very difficult.

I am an elderly person and could not pick up a long hose needed to wash out the garage floor they happily got one out of the tool shed took care of the floor and put the hose back.

We really appreciate the work done by the maids. We do feel that sometimes the cleaning is inconsistent depending on the experience of the crew but we would recommend them to friends.

I just got back from a three week trip and I didn't have to worry about Merry Maids being careful to reset alarm system when they were through cleaning. It's also really nice to come home to a house cleaned the way I want it to be.
