I'm not crazy about your vacuum. And right from the start, I have them use my steam cleaner rather than yours. I had some spots on my kitchen floor that wouldn't come up. And I reached in the closet and said try this. And it worked.

They are very very trustworthy and conscientious about what they do for us. If we find something that they could have missed all we have to do is point it out and they correct it right away.
