They are friendly well trained maids who do an excellent job and save me a great deal of trouble.They are consistent with times and dates and I do not have to provide a thing they bring all they require with them. The women who have come to clean have been very friendly, very professional and do a great job with the cleaning. We like the cleaning products (don't know what they are?) because there are no odors or residues after cleaning.

Something very important about your services is the flexability you provide us with our scheduling. Your staff is always on time and are willing to respond to particular request I may have in how I may want something done. I appreciate the same ladies coming as much as possible. Barb and Bruce have been wonderful to work with and their response to my phone calls are always very prompt. I am satisfied with all of your products except I think there is something out there that could give the hardwood floors a better clean and shine.

I like the friendliness and thoroughness of the Merry Maids. My house "shines" after they have been here and this makes me feel good. I also like the products that they use. I think that the cleaning products are environmentally friendly, and I noticed the last time they were here, a distinctive odor of almond. It smelled good.
