I hired the Merry Maids for a "Move Out." All the furnishings were already removed from the house but the house was BADLY in need of a thorough cleaning before we could list it for sale. The Merry Maid people were so accommodating to fit us into their schedule so we could list our house for sale ASAP. The ladies who came to our house arrived early and did an unbelievably excellent job. They did between windows, wiped out every drawer and cabinet, cleaned the oven, fans, and anything and everything that needed cleaning. When they were done it looked like a new home. And they did it all with a smile and were very nice people. I don't know what products they used because I wasn't there while they worked, but I know they were able to remove a large area in the bathroom where my daughter had used hair spray and was discolored. Thanks to them, we listed our house soon after their visit and received four offers to buy. I know that a large part of that is that the house was clean and presentable and people look for that in a home.
