Dependable and thorough
Your products work well. The team needs a smaller toilet bowl brush. Yours is too large thus not able to fit down into the bottom. I usually move stuff out of their way so they can get to the areas to clean. They dont usually move too many things to clean under. If I find they miss an area I talk with them to correct it. Need to be attentive when dusting stereo or electronic equipment so as not to accidentally change pre-set settings. Visiting with each other is great as long as things dont get skipped over. They work effectively and effincently.

The ladies who work for merry maids are willing to address issues we encounter between visits -- pets tracking in on floors, etc; last visit I found both workers scrubbing kitchen floor on hands and knees -- we'd had some issues of muddy paws thru the week.

Reliable Service--I appreciate that I can count on Merry Maids to come on a regular schedule and consistently clean at a high level.
Need a vacuum that pulls apart to reach into corners, to suck along mopboards. Lots of dirt gets left behind in doorway corners, etc.
Would like to know which areas get the "deep Clean". Some things get missed when I dont know the cleaning plan for the day.
Get the girls some knee pads for scrubbing the floors.
