Having two active kids and pets that shed profusely, I really like the deep clean service. The cleaning products have a pleasant scent and don't leave a residue. I just wish you offered a laundry service too! Lol.

Products seem to do a good job in keeping things clean without harming anything. The person shows up on time & always leaves the house looking better then before.

I have to do nothing in preparation for Merry Maids cleaning day-they take care of it all-bring their own equipment; use their own
products. Sometimes I have them do only two levels of the house instead of all three levels telling them to use their best judgemnt as to some deeper cleaning. One time I told them to do two levels they did all my kitchen Oak cabinets-left them shining. Another time they edged all my carpeting. One time some of the wood floors looked streaked-they worked hard next time to correct the problem. They always leave me a note so if I don't see them we have some communication. Also Merry Maids leaves the customer the option of deciding if they like their team or would like to try another. In other words, from administration down to the workers Merry Maids goal is to please its customers. Customer service is their first priority. I have recommended them to two of my friends and both are happy with the service they receive.
