I like everything that is used here in cleaning the house. It literally sparkles but that is actually because of the people cleaning. The sweet person I have had here in the last 2 times is absolutely wonderful. I think her name is Sandi. She is a perfectionist and if it wasn't for her I was considering quitting because of the high cost but because of her and the way she cleans and her personality, I want her to keep coming back. I like that they come in and get right to work. They don't slack off chit-chatting, they just know what to do and they do it. Also, if something gets broken they come tell me right away. (Neither item was their fault) Also, they take guidance well - when I've had to tell them that a particular thing needed to be done differently or re-done, they don't get mad, they just say "ok" and do it.

The girls were friendly and professional. They came in, got a quick tour with any special instructions, and got right to work. When I checked the master bedroom (1st room completed, as requested) there were a couple places the vacuum couldn't reach so my husband moved the chair and she was happy to go back a touch it up. Lisbet and Claudia were fast and efficient and I was glad to find out they would be our regular girls.
